The MEC for the Department of Rural, Environment and Agricultural Development has, in terms of the Nature Conservation Ordinance 12 of 1983 (Transvaal Province); Bophuthatswana Nature Conservation Act 3 of 1973; the Cape Nature and Environmental Conservation Ordinance 19 of 1974 (Cape Province), and the NEM:BA published draft regulations pertaining to the management of birds in the North West Province.
Members of the public are invited to submit written representations within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 22 January 2015).
